Cohort were asked to devise a new name, brand identity and website for a luxury estate management and real estate agency in South West England.

‘Hatt’ is the oldest recorded English family name.

Logo design for a very British luxury property company

The logo design is the next fundamental step in branding a property company.  The Hatt logo is an elegant and traditional emblem with a modern typeface. 

The instantly recognisable ‘H’ emblem contains classical Doric pillars, symbolic of larger luxury abodes. A modern typeface reflects their forward-thinking approach to business. We defined clear space around the logo to ensure that the logo will always stand out on a page and not be interfered with visually.

Branding for a luxury property company

The branding begins by defining the brand story, USPs and core values of the company. We collaborated over several brand workshops with the owners to understand their motivations, the services and unique personality of the company.

We defined the brand within a detailed brand guidelines document which contains logo rules and usage, typography, colours, photographic style, brand messaging and manifesto.

Property website design

Our website UI/UX and website developers are based in London and work with luxury clients all over the UK and indeed the world.

The website planning begun with website architecture and website wireframes to plan the project and ensure that the information architecture and functionality requirements were defined.

A third-party CRM and property management platform was a significant element to integrate in the design whilst retaining a very bespoke and intuitive front-end experience for Hatt’s UHNW visitors and users of the website which is ultimately a tool for their property search, allowing Hatt to gather user data from enquiries.
