Following a successful career working on superyachts all over the world, Barcelona-based founder Carla Brothers has identified a need for enhanced administrative support for yachts. Purser Support is her new superyacht support company, designed to ensure the smooth running of operations and ultimately, the wellbeing and happiness of crew on board.
Cohort have been working closely with Purser Support's founder to distill the company's USPs and unique positioning in the market.
Purser Support is offering shoreside Purser services for yachts, to enhance their efficiency. The team will take on much of the administrative burden from crew onboard, who, during busy charter seasons can often find it challenging if not impossible to manage the multitude of administrative requirements, certifications and detailed logistics for crew, yacht and guests.
Purser Support’s new shoreside superyacht administrative services are an evolution for the efficiency of superyacht operations.
During the Mediterranean season, for example, the Purser is occupied with a very guest concierge-style focus. I would often be away from my desk for whole days and then come back to an email inbox full of urgent admin to deal with. I have set up Purser Support to alleviate stress, improve reactivity, and enhance the efficiency of response rates for smoother operations both internally and for guests.

Logo design, branding and website design and build for a new superyacht service company
Cohort’s work began with logo design, a distinctive colour palette and bold typography. We are currently working on the brand story and full UI/UX design.
What we can reveal, for now, is a holding page to encourage pre-registration on the website, whilst we are working behind the scenes to launch Purser Support’s digital space.
